About Craig SELLARS
Mr. Sellars is a Principal at SOCOTEC who specializes in providing project advisory, claims and dispute resolution, project controls and construction management services for large and complex projects.
Mr. Sellars has represented General Contractors in preparing and supporting detailed claims and has contributed to the successful resolution of numerous troubled projects. In doing so, he has detailed experience in forensic analysis regarding schedule and cost impacts. Furthermore, he has experience providing project advisory services to Owners for purposes of monitoring scope, cost, schedule and risk. In addition, Mr. Sellars has been responsible for implementing new controls processes on projects to monitor progress and financial status and to establish accurate productivity and efficiency metrics.
Mr. Sellars has project experience across a wide range of industries including education, healthcare, power generation and transmission, transportation, infrastructure, commercial construction and residential construction. He has been engaged to perform assignments both domestically and internationally.

Prior to his current position, Mr. SELLARS was a Director at C2G International, LLC which was acquired by SOCOTEC in 2019. Mr. SELLARS was previously employed at Criterium Group, LLC, AECOM, and Tandis Homes, Inc.
