About Jeremy WATERS
An accomplished Upstream and Midstream professional, Mr. Waters has over 20 years of diversified E&P experience with domestic service companies, consulting firms, and leading independent producers. Mr. Waters has comprehensive hands-on experience in Oil & Gas drilling, completion, and production operations. His background includes direct responsibility for each phase in field development projects – petroleum reservoir quality prediction, economic evaluations, well planning and design, site preparation, rig selection, cased and open hole log evaluation, well completions, surface facility design and operations, chemical treatment and monitoring, produced water handling, Oil & Gas marketing and transportation logistics, and regulatory compliance.
In addition, Mr. Waters has knowledge and skills in many related Upstream and Midstream activities, including, but not limited to, contract negotiations, project management, risk assessments, construction and commissioning of Oil & Gas production facilities, incident investigations, gathering and transmission pipeline maintenance, operation and maintenance of compressors, pumping stations and other process equipment, personnel safety and training, well control, and analysis of blowouts, failures and environmental issues. Mr. Waters’ extensive experience in the oilfield translates to excellent abilities to advise all types of stakeholders (operators, non-operated working and royalty interest holders, private equity backers, service companies, insurers, etc.) and their legal representatives at any phase of field development in the Oil & Gas industry, or through a Forensic Engineering/Failure analysis of circumstances surrounding adverse events in all sectors of the Energy and mineral exploitation industries.
