SOCOTEC recognizes Clay Ryals on promotion to Principal

We are excited to announce that Clay Ryals has recently been promoted to Principal within our Advisory division. Located in SOCOTEC’s Atlanta office, Mr. Ryals has been certified as a Project Management Professional and possesses over 40 years of experience in project management and dispute resolution.

Mr. Ryals has been designated as a Testifying Expert in the areas of CPM schedule analysis, delay and impact analysis, labor productivity, contract administration, project management, and quantification of damages. Mr. Ryals has provided testimony in Federal and State courts, county boards, dispute boards, private boards including AAA arbitrations. His practice areas include:
