An Owner's Project Manager (OPM), also known as an Owner's Representative, is a professional who oversees and manages the planning, design, and construction phases of a project on behalf of the owner. The OPM ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards. As the OPM, is it our role to monitor the performance of the project participants, advise our clients if there are signs of non-compliance or falling behind schedule and work with the team to make the necessary adjustments or corrections to keep the project on target.
