About Duane ELLIS
Mr. Ellis has over a decade of experience in commercial construction management across multiple market sectors including education, multi-family and information technology. He is well-versed in a variety of delivery methods such as guaranteed maximum price (GMP), cost plus and design-build.
Mr. Ellis’s background includes extensive experience managing and successfully completing troubled projects as well as developing solutions to cost, schedule, design and constructability impacts or constraints. Additionally, he has provided dispute resolution options and services to owners, architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors. Mr. Ellis has a proven track record of leveraging his expertise to advise his clients on how best to protect their assets or investments in the built environment.
His consulting experience includes cost analysis, CPM schedule delay causation and impact analysis, quantification of damages, analysis and quantification of productivity losses, contract compliance and administration, constructability issues, claim damages analysis, preparation of expert reports and litigation support.
Prior to working in the construction industry, Mr. Ellis served his nation honorably for seven years in the United States Air Force and three additional years in the Florida National Guard.
