About Alberto Franceschet
Alberto Franceschet is a professional who has honed his skills over 20 years in the construction industry. Until 2020, he held a pivotal role in managing the East Coast operations of a globally recognized curtain wall manufacturer, where he successfully delivered multi-million dollar projects. His experience encompasses all aspects, from Pre-construction to Design and Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Installation, and he has played a key role in the realization of some of the most iconic buildings in the US and Europe.
Alberto joined SOCOTEC in Boston in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of technical knowledge and project management experience. He is dedicated to serving Owners, Developers, and Designers by providing strategic insights on the building envelope’s strategy, materials, and technology (including energy-efficient double-skin facades, and blast-resistant systems). His unique experience equips him with the necessary skillsets to be a trusted partner and advisor to project owners from the project’s inception. He adopts a holistic approach, balancing design and aesthetics with performance and durability.
