About Avram Ninyo
Mr. Ninyo has over 50 years of experience providing geotechnical engineering, expert witness testimony, forensic evaluations, foundation evaluations, slope stability analyses, flexible and rigid pavement design, underground pipeline design as well as authoring and reviewing technical reports. In addition, his responsibilities include reviewing geotechnical reports, earthwork specifications, and design recommendations, and providing technical guidance to geotechnical personnel.
As an expert witness, Mr. Ninyo leverages his extensive geotechnical engineering expertise to contribute to forensic engineering cases, delivering crucial analysis and testimony in legal disputes over infrastructure failures and construction defects. He has been responsible for the project coordination and technical thoroughness of a large variety of engineering projects, including commercial and industrial developments, military facilities, schools and universities, airports, bridges, highways and roadways, dams, treatment plants, water and sewer pipelines, tunnels, reservoirs, renewable energy, and other infrastructure.
