About Chris SAUER
Mr. Sauer is a Managing Director at SOCOTEC in Atlanta, Georgia. He has seventeen years of experience in the construction industry including diverse construction and claims expertise as well as testimony in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution processes.
Mr. Sauer has experience performing construction project analysis and preparation of expert report for ICC arbitration panels for construction claims resolution, and/or litigation and expert witness testimony. Specializing in forensic analyses and testimonies related to contract performance delay, disruption, acceleration, and labor productivity impacts.
Projects include, eight years building two integrated steel mill complexes in Brazil with capex value over US$ 11 billion. Participated and managed the litigation support for recovery of over $300 million in legal claims for heavy industrial projects, hospitals, food processing plant, healthcare and residential mid and high-rise projects.
