About Prasad Thimmappa
Mr. Thimmappa is a Remediation Engineer with extensive experience providing planning, design, construction quality management and control services for soil and groundwater remediation and water resources projects. His areas of expertise include developing work plans; technical and cost proposals; permitting; engineering analyses and feasibility studies; preparing design drawings and construction specifications; subcontractor management; operation of treatment systems; compliance monitoring; and regulatory negotiations.
Mr. Thimmappa is knowledgeable in the regulatory process of federal, state, and local agencies including the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), and South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD). He is also proficient in the regulatory process and protocols of the United States Department of Defense (DOD), including the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC).
