Felix ANTON

Based at SOCOTEC’S U.S. Naples, FL location, Mr. Felix Anton is a seasoned expert in forensic failure analysis, offering extensive experience in evaluating, designing, specifying, and managing forensic engineering projects. His expertise spans a wide range of structural and material investigations, expert testimony, and construction assessments, making him a trusted authority in the field.

With a strong foundation in structural failure analysis, coatings and material performance, and construction management, Mr. Anton has provided critical insights on numerous cases involving concrete restoration, bulkhead walls, seawalls, roofing damage, fire damage, and water intrusion issues. His in-depth knowledge of metallurgy, materials engineering, and geotechnical-related challenges enables him to assess complex failures and provide technical guidance on remediation strategies.

Mr. Anton is also well-versed in vibration analysis and mitigation techniques, having evaluated blasting and construction-related vibration impacts on structures. His extensive work in sound studies, asphaltic pavements, soil and concrete testing, and property condition surveys has contributed to the integrity and longevity of commercial properties throughout Collier and Lee Counties.

Additionally, his background includes threshold and special inspections across multiple construction projects, as well as construction engineering inspections for FDOT infrastructure developments. Based at SOCOTEC’s U.S. Atlanta, GA office, John Caliri is a dedicated Fire Protection Engineer with over seven years of experience in fire and life safety consulting, system design, and performance-based engineering solutions. His expertise spans fire modeling, smoke control systems, fire protection system design, and building code consulting, making him a trusted advisor for clients seeking innovative and cost-effective fire protection strategies.

John has worked on projects across all phases of construction, from risk assessments and code reviews to construction administration and final acceptance testing. His hands-on experience with full-building system commissioning provides him with a comprehensive understanding of how fire protection, life safety, and building systems interact, allowing him to develop holistic and efficient solutions tailored to each project's unique needs.

His technical proficiency extends to designing and consulting on fire suppression and detection systems, including light hazard sprinkler systems, high-rise smoke control systems, explosion prevention solutions, and hazardous materials storage arrangements. Based at SOCOTEC’s U.S. Coral Gables, FL office, Ms. Genge is an experienced Life Safety Consultant with a strong background in project management, code compliance, and construction litigation. With a dual Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering from Drexel University, Ms. Genge combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of architectural design and building systems.

Specializing in leading design teams, managing complex projects, and reviewing architectural drawings for compliance, Ms. Genge ensures that life safety standards are met without compromising architectural vision. Herr ability to navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining design integrity makes her a trusted advisor in the field.

Cameron POTH

Based at SOCOTEC’s U.S. Dallas, TX office, with over 15 years of experience, Mr. Poth is a highly skilled consultant specializing in financial and economic damages evaluation for complex commercial disputes. He has extensive expertise in analyzing, preparing, and rebutting claims for clients engaged in litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes.

Mr. Poth has worked across a broad range of industries, providing critical financial insights on cases involving bankruptcy, breach of contract, fiduciary disputes, business interruption, dealer termination, estate and trust matters, intellectual property infringement, oil and gas disputes, personal injury claims, and white-collar fraud investigations. His ability to conduct thorough financial forensic investigations and fraudulent transfer analyses makes him a trusted advisor in high-stakes legal and corporate matters.

In addition to his dispute resolution expertise, Mr. Poth has performed financial analysis, funds tracing, financial investigations, and oil and gas royalty examinations for clients. With over 20 years of experience in the materials testing and inspection industry, John’s expertise lies in facilitating smooth transitions between special inspection disciplines, optimizing communication, and maintaining technical excellence across projects.

John plays a pivotal role in coordinating with developers, agencies, and design professionals, frequently attending jobsite project meetings to ensure an efficient and compliant workflow. His leadership has been instrumental in the successful completion of educational, healthcare, retail, and residential developments, where he has provided invaluable guidance in navigating complex inspection and compliance requirements.

A graduate of Binghamton University, John holds construction inspection certifications from New York University, ICC, NICET, and ACI. His industry leadership has been recognized nationally, including at the SMPS National Conference in 2008. Further showcasing his expertise, John was appointed to the New York City Building Department Special Inspections Advisory Committee in both 2018 and 2022, where he contributed to the review and modernization of the special inspections section of the NYC Building Code.

John’s commitment to technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and industry leadership continues to shape the future of special inspections, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every project he oversees.
