SOCOTEC is excited to share the achievement of reaching WELL Core Certification for the Jacksonville Electric Authority Headquarters project.
The JEA HQ project is a seven-story, 153,000-square-foot building for a major utility service provider that received WELL Gold Core certifications. JEA is very focused on sustainability and the health of occupants. At this point, the JEA has opted for three certifications: 1 LEED and 2 WELL (Core and New Building). Currently, the project has received the WELL Core Certification.
WELL Core Certification validates a building's performance and provides tenants the promise of dedication and fostering a healthy environment for its workforce.
A big congratulations to Muhammad Shoaib (WELL) for assisting in the success and achievement of this recognition.
