Mr. Blamer has extensive environmental consulting experience which includes managing, coordinating and directing a wide variety of projects. His experience includes soil and groundwater investigations of a range of contaminant types, remediation of soil and groundwater, site history research and data compilation, hazardous building materials services, and litigation support and expert witness.

Mr. Blamer represents both public- and private-sector clients, and applies his expertise to properties ranging from residential development to complex, large facilities, including operations such as chemical plants and refineries. He participates at all levels of project document development associated with environmental issues, and regularly participates in strategic development of large proposal efforts.
