About James PINKSTON
Mr. Pinkston has over 32 years of experience in commercial construction and project management across several market sectors including hospitality, stadiums and arenas, aviation, higher education and K-12, federal and state government, and office projects. His project delivery methods have included lump sum, guaranteed maximum price, cost plus and design build.
Through his years in the industry, he has gained extensive experience managing and successfully completing troubled projects as well as developing solutions for cost, schedules, design, and constructability issues. In addition, he has resolved disputes with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Also, Mr. Pinkston has testified in a variety of venues as a part of the dispute resolution process. He is able to use this experience and knowledge to benefit the clients he currently represents.
His dispute resolution and consulting experience includes claims analysis, CPM schedule delay causation and impact analysis, quantification of damages, analysis and quantification of productivity losses, contract compliance and administration, constructability issues, claim preparation and expert reports, and litigation support.
