About Shel HARRISON

Mr. Harrison has over 30 years of experience in consulting and construction engineering. Mr. Harrison’s consulting experience includes critical path schedule analysis, construction delay, cost analysis and discovery. Mr. Harrison has worked on a variety of projects including airports, power plants, chemical plants, arenas, highways, damns and buildings, performing cost and schedule analysis as well as project controls. Previously in his career Mr. Harrison’s construction experience includes project management, scheduling, planning, estimating, and negotiating contracts and subcontracts, change orders, expediting, safety MBE/WBE/SBE participation, development of work scope and settlements.

Mr. Harrison possesses an in-depth knowledge of heavy civil construction, structural steel of all types: gas, compression stations, pipelines, commercial buildings, hotels, casinos, industrial gas plants, computer chip facilities, schools, churches, fast track schedules, design build and partnering contracts, complex high-profile projects and projects overseas.
