John BAILEY
Based at SOCOTEC’S US Dallas, TX location, Mr. Bailey now a Senior Principal has over 20 years of experience in construction scheduling and cost analysis. He has expertise in preparing and critiquing construction claims, analyzing project schedules, and estimating costs for troubled projects. His experience spans issues like design changes, weather impacts, material availability, labor productivity, and schedule delays. Mr. Bailey has consulted on various projects across the U.S. and internationally, including airports, power plants, refineries, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects.
We are thrilled to acknowledge Mr. Bailey's remarkable achievements with this well-deserved promotion. Phil Fetterman is a now a Senior Managing Director at SOCOTEC's Atlanta, GA office, with over fifteen years of experience in civil and structural engineering design, construction management, program management, and project consulting.
Mr. Fetterman has provided consulting services for large-scale construction projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, heavy civil, environmental, institutional, industrial, wastewater, water supply, solar, wind, and hydropower. His expertise extends to construction management practices, with specialized skills in project scheduling, delay analysis, damage quantification, resource productivity evaluation, and dispute resolution assistance.

Gerry GENTRY
Based at SOCOTEC's US Aliso Viejo, CA office, Mr. Gentry is a Senior Managing Director at SOCOTEC, bringing four decades of experience in the construction industry. He has collaborated with project and program teams across governmental and state agencies, school districts, utility companies, and private sector clients. Mr. Gentry specializes in troubled project turnaround, project controls, schedule analysis, and dispute resolution.
Certified as a Project Management Professional by PMI, Mr. Gentry has advanced proficiency in software platforms such as Primavera P6, P3, and Microsoft Project. His career began with a focus on project management and controls for large, complex design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction projects. Recently, he has concentrated on project advisory services, including claims and disputes. His expertise has been sought after for engagements both domestically and internationally.

April PARRISH
Based at SOCOTEC’s US Dallas, TX office, Ms. Parrish brings 15 years of expertise in consulting on construction, scheduling, and accounting matters. She has a robust background in preparing and analyzing claims related to defective work, schedule delays, change orders, cost overruns, productivity losses, weather impacts, disruptions, and terminations. Her proficiency extends to conducting detailed analyses of cost and schedule impacts, production and fabrication delays, productivity issues, and critical path scheduling.
Ms. Parrish has worked on a diverse array of projects, including airports, convention centers, stadiums, upscale condominiums, industrial facilities, light rails, highways, hotels, cell phone towers, and self-storage facilities. She has consistently provided valuable assistance to owners, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout her career.
In addition to her construction expertise, Ms. Parrish is experienced in evaluating financial damages associated with complex commercial disputes. She has supported clients by performing special purpose audits, assessing payment disputes, and conducting financial forensic investigations.
We are excited and celebrate Ms. Parrish well deserved promotion and career milestone. We look forward to her future contributions in expanding the Advisory team.

Cameron POTH
Mr. Poth, based at SOCOTEC's US Dallas, TX office, brings over 15 years of expertise in evaluating financial and economic damages associated with complex commercial disputes. His extensive experience includes analyzing, rebutting, and preparing damage claims for clients involved in litigation, arbitration, and various dispute resolution processes.
Mr. Poth has consulted across multiple industries on a wide range of dispute resolution matters, including bankruptcy, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business interruption, dealer termination, estate and trust disputes, financial forensic investigations, fraudulent transfers, intellectual property infringement, oil and gas disputes, personal injury claims, and white-collar fraud investigations.
In addition to his dispute resolution work, Mr. Poth has provided a variety of financial services, such as financial analysis, funds tracing, financial investigations, and oil and gas royalty examinations. He has conducted numerous financial investigations, leveraging his extensive experience in reviewing company financial records, including bank statements, financial statements, general ledgers, and tax returns.

Ms. Reynolds, now a Senior Managing Director at SOCOTEC's Aliso Viejo office, has over 20 years of experience in financial, economic, and accounting consulting. She has advised a diverse range of clients, including public and private entities, owners, contractors, and legal counsel, on matters involving litigation, arbitration, mediation, and non-litigation across industries such as construction, aerospace, defense, oil and gas, hospitality, and transportation.
In the construction and real estate sectors, Ms. Reynolds has tackled issues like cost and schedule impacts, lost profits, design defects, and delay and disruption. Her work in aerospace and defense includes consulting on False Claims Act lawsuits, defective specifications, and trade secret infringement.
Beyond litigation, Ms. Reynolds has conducted internal corporate and government investigations, audits, funds tracing, program cost reviews, and bid protests, offering clients strategic insights into complex challenges.
