SOCOTEC is proud to announce that its support on the River Landing Retail and Residences project has successfully achieved LEED v2009 NC (New Construction) Silver Level Certification and Core and Shell (CS) Silver Level Certification.
Spanning 1,584,742 square feet, the River Landing project comprises a combined 528-unit residential building and 3 stories of offices atop of 4 stories of retail areas, located in a prime spot by the Miami River. Boasting an open-air mall and 850 feet of riverwalk, the project has achieved New Construction Silver level certification for the residential building and Core and Shell Silver Level certification for the retail building.
