ABOUT

SANTANDER TOWER

Santander is building a 41-story tower at 1401 Brickell Avenue to replace the existing 14-story structure. This 765-foot-tall landmark, designed by Handel Architects and Bernardi & Peschard Arquitectura, will feature 1.6 million square feet of office and retail space, with half reserved for Santander employees and the rest for third-party tenants.

The tower will offer bay views, landscaped terraces, and premium amenities like daycare and wellness facilities. Its external diagrid design allows column-free interiors, natural sun shading, and a 30% savings in structural concrete. The project adheres to the highest international standards for sustainable construction, incorporating advanced security, connectivity, and energy efficiency technologies. Expected to be completed in a few years, Santander Tower will be a key addition to Miami’s skyline and one of the world’s most sustainable office buildings.
