Its external diagrid design allows column-free interiors, natural sun shading, and a 30% savings in structural concrete. The project adheres to the highest international standards for sustainable construction, incorporating advanced security, connectivity, and energy efficiency technologies. Expected to be completed in a few years, Santander Tower will be a key addition to Miami’s skyline and one of the world’s most sustainable office buildings.
