About Benjamin BARRETT
Ben Barrett is a skilled project engineer with experience spanning the fields of construction supervision, project management, dispute resolution and litigation assistance. Having 8 years of in-the-field construction experience, coupled with over 4 years of dispute resolution work allows Ben to have a uniquely balanced understanding of the necessary elements for a successful project.
He has extensive capital project field experience, such as developing budget and cost estimates, schedules, contracts, and engineering plans. He has worked on numerous demolition, rehabilitation, expansion, and construction projects across several industries.
Specifically, Ben’s expertise includes the use of cost and schedule controls; owner's representative services; resolution of contract disputes; change order and claim reviews; schedule impact and productivity analysis; design errors and emissions assessments; litigation support; and alternative dispute resolution and negotiation support.
Ben has also been heavily involved in contract negotiations involving subcontractors, owners, and public utility representatives for both large public capital projects and privately funded ventures.
