PROJECT DETAILS:
SOCOTEC provided comprehensive Fire Protection and Life Safety consulting for a prominent 50-story tower located in the heart of the financial district. This impressive structure, encompassing 490,000 square feet of office space, recently attained its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for two out of the three project phases. Our responsibilities included overseeing overall life safety, as well as designing and rationally analyzing smoke control systems. Additionally, SOCOTEC contributed to value engineering efforts to optimize the project's safety and functionality.
