Over the years, SOCOTEC has assisted many buildings through their modern ‘makeover’ whether it be for repositioning the asset or simply to appeal to the 21st-century tenant. Taking advantage of these spaces not only attract the ‘modern’ tenant but can also boost property values, control stormwater and help mitigate insulation costs.
