What:
This program will enable attendees to learn from the past experiences and hard-earned wisdom of our presenters, who will cover a carefully curated array of topics of critical importance to construction lawyers of all experience levels, from seasoned practitioners to the “rock stars” of the next generation.
Attendees will experience hearing from Forum leaders about what they “wish they knew then and what they know now” about substantive law, procedure, and business development. They will learn about industry experience with design-build project delivery and gaining insights about achieving positive outcomes for all members of the project team. Attendees will also gain key insights from experts on climate change about its potential impact on the construction industry and learning how to help clients get ready to meet these new challenges.
