SOCOTEC will be attending the ABA Midwinter Conference with representation from our Advisory Division.

What:

The Fidelity and Surety Law Midwinter Conference is two days packed of events, such as Construction programing on Thursday with the "Construction Document Toolkit" and a full day of Fidelity programing and the "Litigating the Fidelity Claim" program. On Friday, a full day surety program, "The Documents Behind the Decisions: The Contract and Provisions Needed to Navigate the Performance Bond Claims Process" and finish up the "Litigating the Fidelity Claim" program with a one-half day of fidelity programming on Friday.

In addition to two full days of CLE/CE programming, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with others in the industry including events planned by the Young Lawyers Division, the Women's Involvement Committee, and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
