About Alex RIPPERE

Mr. Rippere has been working in the AEC industry for over 10 years, working in markets in China, the Southeastern US, and in the New York metro area, helping clients navigate the DOB permitting process. In his previous role at Bond Development Partners, he assessed real estate development, acquisition and repositioning opportunities to comply with regulatory requirements while maintaining high ROI. At Metropolis Group he worked within the New Buildings and Major Alternations division assisting with energy code approvals, audits and sign-offs, as well as zoning and building code determinations and consulting. As an intern at Precision Commercial Architects his role included AutoCAD drafting, commercial architectural design and permit expediting.
